Step 2: Wait for Our Response

Our toy experts will email you within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Any special instructions for your specific items

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Please send items back in their original packaging when possible. Include all original parts, manuals, and accessories. For crafts and building games, all pieces should be accounted for.

🚚 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

When Will I Get My Refund?

Items That Can’t Be Returned

  • Opened Plastiline: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened modelling compounds
  • Personalized Items: Any toys or crafts that have been customized per your request
  • Used Outdoor Games: Items showing significant wear from outdoor use

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If your toys arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, including covering return shipping!
